Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Big Iron Tobacco. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 All Sales Are Final on opened and unopened Products Due to the nature of tobacco products and applicable health and safety regulations, all opened tobacco products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a cigar or tobacco product has been opened, unwrapped, or removed from its sealed packaging, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. 

 Damaged or Defective items

 If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 Refund Processing

 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 Age Verification

All purchases are subject to age verification. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tobacco products. If age verification is required and cannot be confirmed upon delivery, the package will be returned, and a refund will be issued minus any shipping and handling fees.
